Additionally, they recruit Chief Medical Officers (CMO) and Chief Nursing Officers (CNO).

Consulting & Contract Resource

Our Search Process

Below is a succinct outline of our search process. We value our client partners input and will tailor our process to fit your needs and special requests. This is a partnership, and we will proactively ask for your thoughts about areas of emphasis or other needs when we meet with you.

We will all promptly respond to you, from the first time you contact us, and throughout the entire process.

  1. Gain a clear understanding of the role(s) you need to fill and learn about your organization.
    • Ensure we know what critical skills, background experience, and cultural fit is needed.
    • Determine your organization’s history, strategy and current business objectives.
  2. Listen very closely and document areas of emphasis.
    • Explicitly follow any special requests.
  3. Rapidly initiate the search – often suggesting candidates the first time we meet you.
    • Present initial slate of candidates based on our database and broad network.
    • Review resumes with you early on to confirm the candidate profile.
  4. Execute extensive search.
    • Aggressively pursue candidates in the market.
    • Identify competitor companies with rich talent pools.
    • Conduct face-to-face interviews and qualify candidates.
  5. Present the best candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews for client, including travel arrangements.
    • Debrief with all parties and manage communications.
  6. Provide expert advice in selecting finalist candidates.
    • Assess and objectively compare finalists.
    • Deliver summary of candidate references.
  7. Develop an offer package compelling to both parties.
    • Negotiate compensation details.
    • Obtain acceptance and establish a start date.
    • Maintain close contact with the candidate and assist with relocation if necessary.
  8. Follow-up after placement.
    • Continued follow-up with both client and candidate.
    • Candidate guarantee.
