What We Do For You

We love what we do! We are excited to work with you to recruit the best candidate to fill your opening, and fast.

We’re persistent, insightful and connected. Our deep network of proven executives and middle managers gives you a head start on finding the best talent for your organization. We understand the unique challenges in finding top talent, and we will deliver.

Executive Search

We provide executive search services. We know finding the right leaders is critical to your success, and we will deliver the best talent on each and every search.

Our talented team of recruiters focus on several areas:

Our Healthcare Executive Recruiters specialize in healthcare professionals to include physicians and advanced practice providers. Through the years, we have partnered with hospitals and health systems, physician groups, outpatient centers, and ambulatory surgery centers to find and hire the best talent. Additionally, they recruit Chief Medical Officers (CMO) and Chief Nursing Officers (CNO).

Our Executive Recruiters focus on C-level executives for all industries.

Consulting & Contract Resource

Sometimes you just need an interim solution. Big companies can have the budget dollars but not the headcount to address a need. Our network includes top talent that can step in as a contracted resource for short and long-term projects.

We also provide consulting services, for example, to private equity groups who are in the final stages of closing a new platform company acquisition and in dire need of an industry leader. We will solve your short-term need, and can bring experts in your industry vertical.

Executive Coaching

We provide executive coaching for first-time CEOs and other leaders seeking a trusted adviser. There is actually no better time to consult an executive coach than when things are going well. We provide extremely valuable advice and counsel at reasonable rates, and offer unbiased, candid guidance on how to continue to advance your career.

Sometimes things take a turn and you can find yourself in a complicated situation, often with difficult political issues. At this point it can be risky to reach out to a board member, or otherwise discuss the details with a company insider. This is a perfect time to call an independent party to discuss solutions, get a fresh perspective, and get help.

Hourly rate is $365.00.

Three session package is $995.00 (initial consultation call to discuss your goals is free); we can also tailor a package to meet your specific needs.
